“Is it compatible with Xbox one”

• Yes! Most keyboards are compatible with consoles. Although there's a trick to get it to work. And you might find this Keyboard disconnect once in a while. I'm not sure when they disconnect exactly but I used these keyboard for a couple of days on ps4. But it should work the same way with xbox! Also to get it to work you have to hold down f1 and the lock icon to reset the keyboard and it should work!
