It does not, but you can connect a wired headset to the stand via a 3.5 mm audio jack and get virtualized 7.1 surround sound in your wired headset.

No this does not have a speaker. It has a built in DAC so you can plug your headphones into the stand instead of your computer if you wanted to.

No speaker. It's basically a headset stand with RGB lighting effects. I believe it has a sound processing chip built into it as well. USB ports and a headphone jack on the side of the stand.
