“How do you use the RGB lighting in the ST100 without disabling the speakers ? It seems the only way to power it is using the USB which happens to disable the speakers . I don't want to use my headphones all the time.”

You have to go into your computer setting and set your speakers as a default audio device when the headset stand is connected. I don't even use the speaker option of the stand. My headset connected separately as well as my mic and it works fine. Still have RGB.
