Basically any headset you plug in will utilize Corsair's virtual surround sound. You have to go into their iCue program to enable.

My headphones came with an regular 3.5 mm aux cable to a smaller 2.5 that connects to my headset. My headphones sound very nice just by themselves but once wired to the Consair stand I can open the software that comes with it and change the sound settings, you really do get a good suround sound, eq, lighting controls among other very customizable options. In short, YES - it can enable surround on any aux headset. It is a very good product overall!
