Why don’t the LED display lights work when plugged into a USB wall charger? They only work when plugged into a computer USB port. Thanks! null

It has to interface with the iCUE software on a computer to be able to make the lights function.

yes, this is made to be used through a computer and using the Icue software

Those are two different supplies of power- first of all. 

Second of all, the rgb requires iCue to work correctly I believe.

The ST100 is not meant to be plugged in into anything other than a compatible system for correct/full functionality.
