“I recently purchased these for my Xbox however when plugged in to the controller I do not receive sound. If I use the adapter and plug the headset plug into the controller I then receive sound but will not have a mic. Let me know if there is an east fix.”

I use an Xbox 1 and it said on the package it wouldn't work without an adaptor for xbox 1. However, just for kicks i plugged it into my xbox 1 controller and it worked fine. XBox 360 could definitely be more of a chore.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use these on and xbox one x directly plugged into the controller and the mic and headset both worth perfectly. They were pretty much plug and play, no settings needed changed that I can think of. Try turning the volume wheel all the way off and on and see it that makes them work. So far they have been great with the xbox.
