• Depends on your mobile device, unfortunately most mobile devices don't have the 3.5 mm jack which is what this headset supports. It does have surround sound capabilitites with the extra attachment that comes with the headset

• If the mobile device has a audio jack yes. And it does come with surround sound and the quality is very good for a 50 dollar headset. I have zero complaints so far.

• 7.1 surround is only available in windows and using the usb dongle that comes with the headset

• Yes it does it actual uses an aux cord for output and has an adapter for the pc
