• Hello, The adapter comes in with the headset, but it wouldn't be compatible with Xbox 1, I'd only recommend our 3.5mm headsets with XB1. If you have anything else we can help with, please reach out: support.corsair.com -Art

• No I didn't see one in the box. But then again I wasn't looking as I was setting it up for a PS4
