“My headset will not connect to the pc any suggestions”

• Make sure that you enable the wireless mode on the headset. Mine had that issue when I first got them connected to my computer. There are tutorials on YouTube that show you how to do that.

• Download the Icue software by Corsair. In your case you need the drivers and updates on there.
