You have to download the Dolby App from the windows store. Plug in the usb stick and open Dolby, it should automatically detect the headphones. Youll also want iCue to do software updates.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dolby Atmos is a free app provided via the Windows Store, but I HIGHLY suggest you find another headset. This is an extreme downgrade from previous models, and I'm extremely dissatisfied all around.
