The Corsair HS80 headset stands out for its impressive audio quality and comfort, making it a solid choice for gamers and audio enthusiasts alike. The headset delivers rich and immersive sound, enhanced by Dolby Atmos support, which provides a heightened sense of spatial awareness during gameplay or media consumption. Its build quality is robust, featuring a durable frame and plush memory foam ear cups that ensure comfort during long sessions. The wireless connectivity is reliable, offering freedom of movement without compromising audio performance.
The microphone is another strong point, providing clear voice quality, which is essential for communication during gaming or virtual meetings. Additionally, the headset boasts a sleek design with customizable RGB lighting, adding a touch of personalization. While the battery life is decent, ensuring extended use without frequent recharging, it's always good to double-check how it fits into your specific needs and preferences. Overall, the Corsair HS80 is a well-rounded headset that balances performance and comfort effectively.

Honestly, I've had these for over a year, and while I was blown away by the audio compared to my $50 headphones when I first got them, I'm surprised at how annoying these headphones actually are.
These headphones are very comfortable to wear, with really soft pads, and the audio quality is genuinely very great. The microphone is also pretty great for a wireless headset, but for $150 I would expect more convenience and better technology than the $50 headphones which I only upgraded from because they took physical damage.
One of the headphone ears has already broken off completely on its own, and there's a ton of paint and other stuff scratching off that gets in my hair and on my chair, so I had to clean that out.
On top of that, the range is noticeably smaller than the Steelseries Arctis 1 Wireless, which is what I thought I would be upgrading from when I got these. I like bluetooth headphones because they let me get up from my computer and do things with my headphones and mic still on, but these headphones barely function once I walk out of my bedroom.
The worst part of these headphones has to be iCUE. That software is soooo frustrating to get to work, and I have a Corsair mouse and keyboard, so you'd think it would all just work together easily. Unfortunately, it really has a lot of issues connecting if you have multiple devices already set up on iCUE, and even once you set up the app, the mic is constantly having problems like accidentally locking you in mute, and requiring the headphones to be rebooted.
I don't think these are world-ending problems, but I think these are a lot of mild inconveniences for a $150 headset.

One of, if not the best wireless headsets i have owned. If microphone quality is really important to you, you cannot go wrong with this headset even in wireless mode. The headset is also a licensed product for DOBLY ATMOS to give you an immersive 7.1 surround sound experience great for completive gaming and media consumption.
This headset uses Corsairs Slipstream technology for the wireless receiver, this allows you to listen to audio on your PC and on your PlayStation. It also allows you to pair up to 3 other Corsair devices to one receiver, meaning you can pair your wireless headset, keyboard and mouse if they're also corsair products Via the "Icue" software used for changing settings and lighting.
the headset was good enough that i went and bought another pair for my grandfather who was looking for a new headset. The headset is amazing but id wait for a sale. in my opinion its not worth spending $150 but it commonly goes on sale for less then $100.

Pros:
Great quality sound, wireless, and comfortable. Works wired as well. Sound still great after 1 year of use.
Cons:
-Charging cord - very specific opening slot so will either use a manufacturer supplied or another that fits (the standard one with my computer monitor didn't fit or charge headphones). It may look like charging but it wasn't for a period until I switched cords.
-Ear cushions - coming apart on one side at 9-10 months of use; at 1 year foam pad 1/2 exposed on one side despite using two hands on/off and using a stand with them; looks like adhesive failure of whole pad part (may be a design flaw relying solely on adhesive to stick itself to headphones spot vs mechanical attachment/tougher material).

I was looking for a replacement for the Corsair Virtuoso bc it was too uncomfortable. Saw these just in time and they just released the white version!
The mic and audio quality are great, the adjustable headband was a fantastic choice and is very comfortable, and the light indicator for mute is nice too. But it's not easy to tell when you're muted bc the mic is above your eyes, so I think for improvement is to add a button for that instead. At least there's sound to know when you mute/unmute. Battery lasts me about 8 hrs. I recommend charging it after every long use.
For those looking for an alternative to the corsair virtuoso and great audio/mic quality, get these.

Impressive packaging and materials. Upon opening the package it was noticeable that these were of higher quality than the standard gamimg headset. After a quick charge, i got them paired easilt, and went through the basic functions where they again met all expectations with an infinity volume wheel and clear button controls, all on the left hand side. The light up LED lights on the headset are a really nice touch, and the fact you can see visually when the mic is active or not is cool. The suspension system is adjustable via heavy duty velcro straps with metal tabs that tuck in seamlessly to the metal frame, and they produce a very comfortable experience. Sound quality is 9/10 as well, perfect for gaming and brings crisp clear audio to your immersion. Great headset and even at its full price point, would buy again.

Pros:
Great quality audio, including dolby atmos!!
Consistent connectivity
Decent enough battery life (keep the charging wire handy)
MIC quality is the best! I use it for both work and VR gaming, and its amazing!
IQ is easy and well intuitive.
Cons:
Durability could definitely definitely be better. The ear cup has started to tear off after about a year. If you connect via the usb, you can hear static/buzzing after a few months. Not a problem if u do wireless, but just something to keep in mind.
Overall definitely deserves 5 stars, even after a year of heavy heavy usage and usual wear and tear.

This is a fantastic addition to any gaming setup. Its sleek white design adds a touch of style, while the wireless functionality ensures freedom of movement during intense gaming sessions. The headset is compatible with PC, Mac, PS5, and PS4, offering versatility for different gaming platforms.
The audio quality is impressive, providing an immersive sound that enhances the gaming experience. The RGB lighting adds a customizable element, allowing users to personalize the headset to match their gaming rig or mood. The comfortable fit ensures long gaming sessions without discomfort.
After all, this combines style, comfort, and performance, making it a solid choice for gamers looking for a high-quality wireless headset.

Upgraded from my old Corsair void pros and wanted another cheap wireless option. These are great. Theyre super comfortable on the head and the sound quality is really good. For 100$ its definitely worth it.

Very comfortable for long hours of play or content consumption. Deep sound and great 3D speakers for all the footsteps to be heard. The also look very sleek and clean and match my all black and RGB desk setup. Super happy with them

Upgraded from my old corsair void wireless headset. These have been pretty great so far, but they definitely need tweaking out of the box. They sound a bit muffled initially, but after looking online for optomized Dolby EQ settings, they sound great now. Haven't had any comfort issues after hours of wear so overall pretty happy with them.

I loved this headset, comfortable really nice and has good sound quality, the battery life is really good. When I bought this I read reviews about the cover to the padding falling off and all that and I ignored it because if you treat things nicely they last. Well I had these headphones for 3 days over 6 months and finally the inevitable happened. I enjoyed them for 6 months but I don’t agree with that price for how long they actually last.
