Not sure. I am running it on an old 11oo xt that is notorious for running hot. It keeps it in the range you want. If you have the space, I would recommend a 240 or 280 (corsair makes both, have the 280 on my intel skylake, keeps it under 60 in summer max load). IF budget is a bigger concern, I think you would get cooler temps than the wraith by upgrading to this one.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on a couple factors, the larger radiator and coolant capacity in a 240mm would definitely help. However, it depends on the workload, case and ambient temps as well. If you’re worried about it the larger rads can be found for decent prices right now.
