do u need thermal paste for this or should it be used null

The cold plate/ pump assembly comes with thermal paste on it. truly ready to go from manufacturer.

It has a pre-installed thermal compound pad, you can use it directly. But I prefer to use my own paste.

THERMAL PASTE IS ALREADY APPLIED.

Yes thermal compound is needed however the h-60 comes with a thin film of it already applied to the heat exchanger...

It comes preapplied on the item

To others, don’t get this without thermal compound. It does not come with it. It is absolutely needed
