Yes but the inside of the case is very different from your average pc case. It also may have compatibility issues with certain fans so installing it and actually getting it to fit and work properly may be difficult.

Please note this is a 120mm radiator so you'd need a spot on the case itself that has sufficient space to mount and for it to have 120mm mounting. As far as compatibility with the chipset, this cooler supports it but Alienware can give you information on installing third party coolers. If you are someplace that stays warmer than 78 degrees typically I would I would get a lower cooling unit. My office faces south and mid afternoon sun can cause it to get around 85 and this unit cannot handle those temps very well.
