It does support AM4. I used it with a new Ryzen 7 2700X and it installed flawlessly.

The corsair kits will work but you would purchase the AM4-AMD Retention Bracket kit for the Hydro Series coolers for 4.99 dollars https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-%7C-Parts/PC-Components/Cooling/AM4-AMD-Retention-Bracket-Kit-for-Hydro-Series%E2%84%A2-Coolers/p/CW-8960046 So yes with an HYDRO Series only

This cooler mounts AM3 and AM4 the same way. The thing it doesn't support is threadripper because of its size you will need to order the tr4 mounting bracket/backplate from Corsair.
