The size of the case you have if it is mid size and has access to good air flow for the Unit that takes in air and you have an extra sata power cable available and also a usb port on the motherboard available. If all is yes then it will work just fine. I have installed this on a same type of motherboard and mid size case just fine.
Make sure you read the manual. It is simple and works with Intel and AMD out of the box all parts are there.
