• Yes, I just did a build using a MSI MEG 390 ACE motherboard with an i9 9900k CPU and it works perfectly. Make sure your case is large enough because you need room for the cooling tubes from the CPU to the actual cooler mounted in the top of the case. If your case is small, it will be difficult to attach the cooler to the CPU and route the cooling lines to the cooler.

• I have a 9900k with a 280mm cooler. It can barely keep up with an overclock to 5.0ghz. The h100i might work fine at stock speeds but I'd suggest the h115i if you plan to overclock at all.
