• Yes, and just use it. I tried a premium paste and saw no difference in temps.

• Yes, it comes with thermal paste already applied. Some people scrape that off and apply their own but I used what it came with and I'm not having any heat issues.

• It does but I really recommended to use a little bit of extra paste on your CPU
