I have a 1151 socket which components I use to mount? null

There is hardware for both Intel and AMD systems included and instructions are included.

It comes with a plastic adapter that fits through the 1151 mounting holes around the cpu socket, then the block mounts to the adaptor using screws provided. Very simple install.

It depends on whether you have an Intel chip or an AMD chip. If Intel, use the Intel mounting bracket. Or, if you have an AMD chip, use the AMD bracket.
