is this the whole tower or just a case for the tower? null

This is a chassis and includes none of the computer components necessary for it to do anything. Just the case and fans.

This is only a case. You would have to put in your motherboard, PSU. GPU, CPU, and other components yourself, or if you hire someone to do such for you.

Hi. This (Corsair iCUE 220t) is just a mid-tower atx case. You would still need computer parts in it to run.
