I’m not sure there is a “need” per-say, but I bought more fans. I bought an h150i capellix elite platinum for the top cpu exhaust, plus a 3 fan pack of SP 120’s for a push/pull up top. I then bought three more fans for the side intake. 3x120 side intake 1x140 + 2x 120 front intake 6x120 top AIO exhaust in sandwich format 1x120 in rear exhaust. My AIO water temp is sitting at 32 while gaming, and my 4090 Aero OC is at 34-36. Hope that helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, To maintain airflow in such a case, I'd indeed recommend getting more fans to keep temperatures lower throughout. -Art
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You don’t HAVE to, but you probably should buy at least one additional fan for better airflow.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s up to you really. It comes with 3 fans preinstalled, but if you want the best airflow, I’d recommend using your AIO in addition to buying 4 extra fans (3 for the side, one for the rear). Especially nowadays when these components can get really hot, like if you have an nvidia 30/40 series card. It helps a lot having more fans.
