• Yes 3 in the front and 1 exhaust. If you buy more fans I recommend 140mm size.

• It comes with 4 fans pre-installed in the front and one in the rear. Also a fan controller that also does rgb. I bought 3 more fans seperately to have as a top exhaust. These are 140mm. Im satisifed with the cooling. 4 fans is probably good enough for most setups but I think adding more RGB makes games faster so I did.

• It comes with 3 in the front, and one in the back. With the option to add more fans to the side and top if you'd like.
