Should be able to, but it best to plug that into the motherboard directly. Normally can plug into a dedicated AIO fan header or CPU fan header on the motherboard. This is to ensure if it stops working you will be alerted. You can do it to the commander and set alerts but you are relaying on software vs directly from the motherboard.

the power comes from a SATA power connector on your PSU, but you can connect the 3 pin fan connectors to it as well as the RGB connectors, if your fans have RGB
