• I installed on top and have never gone over 35C even when boosted and running at 129FPS for over an hour.

• It does not as long as your case supports two side-by-side 120MM fans.

• Keep the pump head below the radiator tube inlet/outlet and you should be fine either way. Mine runs flawlessly with the rad standing upright at the back of the case.
