The only thing to consider is whether it will work with your cpu socket and fit within your case. It IS compatible with your AM4 socket (and many others). As long as you have space in your case, you are fine.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.ALL ryzen processors from the first gen (1200-1800X) to 3rd gen (5600X-5950X) are all on the same AM4 socket. The socket is the same for A320, B350, B450, B550, X370, X470 and X570 chipsets. As such, ANY ryzen cooler will fit ANY current ryzen system. The socket will change to AM5 starting next year (expected ~2022 or 2023).
