• I just experienced this same issue it’s a cpu is over heating issue it could be the pump for the cooler isn’t working, it could be a clog or not wired/ something got unplugged or broken I would double check everything and if it still doesn’t work contact Corsair directly they have a 2-3 year warranty on their equipment but the I cue h100i has a 5 year warranty

• The pump has failed, you will need to either replace it with an air cooler or RMA it back to Corsair for a replacement.
