• The 400D is a very nice, but smaller case. I don't recommend a 280 for top mount. You will likely have motherboard and ram clearance issues. You can probably do a front mount with a 280 though.

• Yes the 4000D supports 280mm on the front and top. So yes you can have 2 - 280mm radiators on top or front. Also it doesn’t matter what ram you use… it will fit.

• The 4000D will support up to a 280mm radiator cooling system in the top location. Ram type is irrelevant.
