There are many factors that could lead to this. Check that everything is plugged into the correct spot (Refer to your motherboard's manual as well as the cooler's). If everything is correct, then you may want to look into either 1. More fans, or 2. Your hardware not supporting the tasks you run.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may have the fan header on the pump connected to the pump header on your motherboard, causing it to keep it at 100% fan speed. If that doesnt work, check your settings inside either iCUE or your bios for fan speeds.

You're also able to set your own custom fan curve so that it better suits your systems heat characteristics.
