• The two differences are overall size and cooling capacity. Using this as a CPU Cooler either mod should do fine. The size makes a difference on mounting locations available in your case.

• It's a 360mm rad vs a 240mm and therefore can thermal transfer more heat faster due to more surface area.

• The 100 is a 240 Radiator with only 2 120MM fans. The 150 is a 360MM Radiator with 3 120fans.
