“This is the 2nd Corsair ICUE coolers I've purchased and both are missing the AM4 bracket....attaches to the factory CPU fan bracket. The instructions with both Coolers has old brackets with four mounting holes for AM4. Not sure what to do.”

Not sure if this was solved,cbut they changed the mount for AM4. If you try to watch a video you may see a bracket with hooks to attach with just 2 thumbscrews and the original bracket left on the MB. The new bracket requires the old one removed and installs with 4 thumbscrews. It is in the manual, but if you look online the may have the old setup.
