“I have an HP Omen GT13 1184 it’s the 30L case. I need a better cooling system than the AIO that comes included. Will this fit or would it be better to get the 2 fan model”

This won't fit in the 30L case. I purchased an Omen with the 30L case an have case swapped it to a Corsair 7000D. Installed this AIO over the Ryzen 7 5800x. You would need a single fan AIO similar to the one that ships with the Omen 30L.
