Yes, I run 3 pushing and two on the other side pulling in my case. I have it vertically mounted, but there seems there isn't enough room in my case between my video card and where the inner middle fan would be installed. I would push into it vs. only pulling, if that's your question

Just be aware of your case space and how thick it will make it. I run a 5900x and temps dont go hjgher than 68c under full load in a hot room in stadard config however I am running in a 011 dynamic so it is bigger than a stadard mid tower if your running in a smaller case may be warmer.
