yes it would, the radiator is 27mm in thickness, combined with the fans which are 25mm thick, the total is 52mm, so should well be within range of 68mm thickness requirement. This is a 360mm triple fan radiator so if your case supports 360mm then it will fit. Some cases have different positions for a 360mm radiator, my case only has an available slot for that size in the front while only allowing for a 280mm radiator on the top. You can check your cases manual online if need be, because this is good to know in regards to fan direction and flow paths. Personally I would stick to a 360mm AIO system, but everyones different. However there are some things to keep in mind regarding this model, this is the XT version which has longer tubes than normal, some people like it for their builds, possibly a EATX case, some might think its too big for a standard ATX build, it really depends on a variety of factors. There is the non XT version with shorter tubes as well if you want a more flush look, but you will have less maneuverability.
