• NO, it doesn't come with the LGA 1700 socket mount screws you have to buy for $5 them from corsair and they are currently sold out

• It’s compatible as it comes with brackets for intel.

• No, not unless you get the 1700 retrofit kit on Corsairs website for $2.99....I just found that out myself during my install!
