No, it uses Corsair's proprietary iCUE Link cables which need to connect to the iCUE Link system hub.

Not sure if there was another answer to this, but no, the fan connects strictly to an iCue link controller, no other headers to use.

It's very convenient but very proprietary.

No you would need the controller hub to operate this fan.

They use a proprietary cable similar to an hmi for everything so without a converter no. The only spot that goes to the header on the board runs to the controller. You would also loose control over the rgb without the controller and icue software.

You cannot, you need the iCue Link hub that's with the 3 pack or with other iCue Link hardware.
