You can have them on or off... Your choice... And whatever colors you want

You can turn them off completely, have it fade the color(s) in and out, or have it fade the RGB across the keyboard, like many gaming PCs do.

Also, you can choose specific colors on it, as well, so you aren't stuck with just the standard RGB stuff.

All in all, it seems to be a pretty decent keyboard. My son is pretty hard on his equipment and it's lasted through his abuse, thus far.

It has a button to change the brightness. The lowest brightness will turn the RGB off

You can tyrn it off by clicking on the brightness button on the top and every time u click it it gets dimmer

yes you can turn off the lights and it has about 6-7 different lighting features. there is a dedicated button to adjust the brightness or to turn it off completely

The RGB can definitely be turned off. Just cycle the brightness button until it shuts off. No need for external software and works on Linux just fine.

It's a little jank using external software to change the RGB settings though
