You have my condolences. Perhaps a return is in order. Did you have a question, or were you just confused as to where to submit a plea for assistance?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know what you mean by M1A. Are you plugging it into a gaming console, or computer. The keyboard is USB 2.0/3.0, Windows 7, 8, and 10 compatible. Whatever port you use should be USB 2.0/3.0 compatible, and it should probably work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Reese, Please press down the windows lock button to the left of those lights, along with the F1 key for a few seconds, that light should stop blinking thereafter. If you have any other questions, please reach out: support.corsair.com
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If I remember correctly you have to hold f4 or f1 along with MR button up to 10 seconds then release. If that didn’t work then your going to have to download a free program called CUE on Corsair.com
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hop into icue and update the keyboard. That fixed it for me. My unit had a very outdated firmware.
