How do the keys hold up under wear? is there any fading of letters/numbers from use? null

Depends on the wear and who uses it as some people do give off body oils that could sometimes even make keycaps shine. That being said, they should be plenty resistant and if you have an issue with them we're always available to help: support.corsair.com

I only had this for couple of months and keys rarely fade in these keyboard. It's solidly built and should work fine for very long time.

Keyboard is holding up well no issues w/ numbers or letters fading w/ use.

The lettering is formed plastic much like a plastic light pipe so that the color scheme beneath is displayed through the letter itself. What this tells you is that the letter will not wear off no matter how hard you chord out WASD moves, bash your head against it, or softly stroke the keys in the dark of the night.
