• No it will not to enable the led function you need to hook up the lighting node pro not only to usb header on motherboard but to SATA power. You also need to use the Corsair link software to control the fan led

• Unfortunately the answer is no. The lighting on this requires being plugged into a 3 pin RGB header. The xbox does not have the hardware needed to properly do this and also doesn't have an RGB header on its motherboard that would handle it.
