Is the connector for this fan Molex. null

Hello Josh, It is not, you'd connect the fan directly to your motherboard or to a fan hub such as the Commander Pro. For RGB you'd have to get the 3 pack of these that include the RGB hub and the Lighting Node Pro. If you have anything else we can help with, please reach out: support.corsair.com -Art
