• Hi Ineedhelp101, This is the fans and the controller to adjust the RGB lighting, you would still need a PC to install this set into. -Brian

• There are videos by YouTuber - Gear Seekers - that will show you everything that you need to learn on how to build a PC. I have learned a lot from them. You need to do your due diligence if you want to learn how to build systems. Below are a few pictures of my first RGB build.
