Yes, you just beed an extra USB 2.0 headder on your motherboard for the commander module. If you dont have a spare USP headder, then the kit should come with a 2 into 1 splitter. Hook up your other USB 2.0 connections to the splitter and connect the commander to ots own USB2.0 headder on the motherboard.
