• Yes. There's 2 wires per fan. The 4 pin power wire goes into your motherboard and the lighting wire goes into the icue hub which is included. Then the hub gets plugged into a usb 2.0 socket on the motherboard and into your psu. Then you download the icue software and you're done. Really easy.

• ummm it may not include everything you need, if you have a mother board that has limited fan headers then you will need a fan splitter. i dont see a fan splitter inside the box, only items included are to power the rgb the fans have a second cable for fan power.

• The kit comes with both a power hub and an RGB hub for the fans. It is an all-in-one deal. Just download the iCUE software once installed and you're ready to go.
