Yes you can. Download corsair icue and it should automatically detect. Control everything through there rgb wise.

Yes, there are many different options within the iCue software to customize the color of these fans. They won’t just stay a solid color unless you set it that way.

Yes, download iCUE software and you can change the effects or manually change each addressable RGB light

Yes you can change the colors. It comes with a controller that connects to a usb2 on the motherboard. Through icue software you can change colors

You can change the colors on these. There are a variety of settings. You just need to download the Corsair iCUE software and you can do it from there. Hope this helps.
