“I installed all three fans from my kit. All of the RGB plugs were plugged into the HUB #1-3 which is plugged into the other hub with #1-2 which is plugged into the motherboard through USB coming from the hub with lights #1-2. Fans won’t spin. Lights up.”

Check n see if you did not hook up the extra sata power cable on either of the hubs

Make sure they all have power or only the first fan will get activity

Make sure the fans are plugged into their appropriate PWM ports, either through the motherboard over an internal controller. You can check in the BIOS of your motherboard, if the fans are recieving signal and attempting to spin.
