• It should work on a Mac with basic functionality. Corsair has also recently released their iCue software on Mac, so give it a try and see if it works!

• I can confirm that the mouse does not work on Apple boot screen (bootcamp drive selection) or on the login screen if you have Filevault turned on.

• This is an amazing mouse. Seriously, I love it. I don't know why it wouldn't be compatible with your mac other that mac is pretty crappy with peripherals, but if you are doing a pc build this is your mouse. I game..... a lot, and the weight, feel, dpi, and settings for this mouse have been the best I have ever encountered.
