- Answer Hello, The port on it is for passthrough, so you shouldn't have any slowdowns whatsoever. And yep, you can individually change the lighting on the mousepad whether you have a headset connected to its usb port or mouse. QuestionHow do I update the firmware in icue? When I try, it acts like it's going to work, and then the mousepad disappears from the list. There is always a red triangle in the corner when I restart iCue or my pc.

QuestionIt says it is 10 inches in length. Is this from top to bottom or side to side. Also if it is top to bottom does it include the usb housing in that measurement. I ask because I only have 12 inches from the edge of my desk to the monitor stand.

- Answer Hi JED, The 10 in. measurement is for the top to bottom length. This measurement doesn't include the USB hub portion, just the mat section. -Brian

- Answer I don't see an issue with this. It should pass through and connect to iCUE without issue. It does have a USB port on the top as well for mice.

- Answer Yes there is software for changing the colors and patterns that corresponds with the keyboard seamlessly. It’s all in the instructions if I recall correctly.

- Answer You can plug in a USB item to the mouse pad. But just setting a mouse on the pad won't charge.

- Answer Will work fine to pass through USB but lights can’t be changed in Corsair’s control software. Thus it’s stuck in the demo mode of sweeping rainbow 24/7. It gets old, and I unplugged it, losing the USB but saving my sanity.
