- Answer Are you sure have this mic selected as the device in discord. or in windows default audio settings. You be using another mic such as on your webcam, or laptop.

- Answer Okay so this the one with the 1/8" / 3.5MM jacks, also known as Anolog audio connectors. Since it is anaolg, it will only have Stereo / 2 Channel audio The other one is USB so it is 7.1 (Virtual Surround) or software surround sound. So the difference is - 7.1 Surround is USB connection (Void Pro 7.1 Surround) - Stereo is Anaolog / 3.5 millimeter jack / also known as 1/8 inch jack (Void Pro Stereo) I hope this answers you question.
