• You will need an adapter and I’m pretty sure it won’t mount in the case with the factory screws either.

• Dell Optiplex server motherboards likely use proprietary connectors. You will have to check which model you have and then see if there are power connector adapters available, or if not maybe find a power supply compatible with your Optiplex.
