Hi Calvin, Great question! Aside from sporting an updated design, the 2021 RMx features a Magnetic Levitation fan, providing optimal cooling at low noise levels. Zero RPM Fan Mode, premium internal components (100% All Japanese 105°C Capacitors), and 80 Plus Gold certification are still consistent with our previous RMx PSUs!
